Farm to Fork

Join us at the Farm to Fork Program where our team of guest chefs, instructors, and local food artisans share their knowledge and experience with food in a fun and relaxed setting.

We offer classes in a variety of food styles from Appalachian to ethnic, from local to international, and for kids to adults.

Come smell the aromas and taste the results – whether it’s from a hands-on class, demonstration class or a tasting!

Whenever possible, our guest chefs and instructors will select fresh and local ingredients as available. So, your experience will be healthy as well as entertaining. In the future we hope to offer some classes that will involve trips to local farms and markets where you can hand pick your ingredients!

Cancellation Policy:

If a class has insufficient enrollment it will be cancelled 24 hours in advance.  We will contact you by phone or email and issue a full refund/class credit for the cancelled class.

To avoid being charged the full price of the class; cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the day of the class.  To cancel your spot in a class contact Lynne Hazelwood at 540-921-0340.   A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to class.  We will, however, accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot for the class with a friend, family member or colleague up to the date of the class.

WINE AND FOOD PAIRING CLASS CANCELLATIONS:

Wine and Food Pairing class cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance for a full refund to be issued due to the advance purchase of food and wine.  In the event that you should cancel within 10 days you would be responsible for payment which could result in the Town billing you for the class.
