On June 22, 2016 the Town of Pearisburg Town Council adopted and enacted a Cigarette Tax Ordinance. The Cigarette Tax will apply to all cigarette sale, whether filtered or unfiltered, with or without a mouthpiece, and will be affixed to every -package, box, can or other container of any cigarettes, by your dealer, prior to any sales transaction.
All shipments delivered for sale in the Town of Pearisburg after July , must have a TOP Tax Stamp affixed to each package of cigarettes.
