Reservation Cost
- The daily rental fee is $50.00 for events that do not require a floor covering to be put down.
- Booking the Gym for special use such as fundraisers, vendor exhibits and other special events that would require the floor covering would be at a cost of $70.00. ($50 for Gym Rental and $20 for staff installing floor covering)
- If you want to have a birthday party you will need to book the gym and cafeteria at a rate of $75.00 for the use. This is a discounted rate.
THERE WILL BE NO MORE CHAIRS OR TABLES ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR EXCEPT FOR EVENTS THAT THE FLOOR COVERING IS DOWN FOR. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN THE GYM UNLESS THE FLOOR COVERING IS DOWN.

- Payment must be made within 2 weeks of approval for rental. If payment has not been received within 2 weeks the event will be removed from the calendar and made available for rent by others.
- All payments should be made at the Pearisburg Municipal Building located at 112 Tazewell Street, Pearisburg, VA 24134.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- It is the responsibility of those using the facilities to clean the room being used and to bag and remove trash.
- A deposit is required in order to obtain a key to access the Community Center.
- The key will need to be returned within 2 business days of your rental in person during business hours Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- Once the key is returned your deposit will be refunded.
