- The Shelter is approximately 32x 48 feet in diameter with 4 (8ft) and 3 (6ft) picnic tables.
- Payment must be made within 2 weeks of approval for rental. If payment has not been received within 2 weeks the event will be removed from the calendar and made available for rent by others.
- All payments should be made at the Pearisburg Municipal Building located at 112 Tazewell Street, Pearisburg, VA 24134.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- It is the responsibility of those using the facilities to clean the area being used and to bag trash and place in the dumpster.
